How do you handle AI catchphrases that don't have a natural equivalent in your target language?
I've been translating more tech talks lately, and every second speaker has some glib AI metaphor that either sounds ridiculous in translation or loses all its punch. Do you bend the original meaning or just keep the English term and hope the audience is familiar with it?

Depends on the audience. If they're practitioners, keep the English and let them decode it. If it's a general audience, bend the metaphor—awkward translations have a way of revealing the original's hidden assumptions.
