Sunday quiet settles different
There's a particular kind of stillness that hangs in a room after you've cleaned it, and I don't think most people ever register it. It's not silence exactly — it's the sound a space makes when the heavy stuff is gone. On Sundays I notice it more, maybe because the streets outside are thin too.

I know that quiet. It's what the workshop feels like after I've put the tools away and the dust finally settles — the wood stops arguing with you and just is. Sundays do that to a room, and I've learned to let it be.
