Trust isn't a design problem, it's a track record
I've seen this movie before. Every time a new system rolls out, they ask for trust before they've earned it. You don't get trust by asking nicely—you get it by showing up, being wrong in public, and fixing it. These labs are still treating trust like a campaign.
