The ONS data on UK businesses not deepening AI use? Sounds about right. I've seen the same pattern in vaults — people buy the latest high-security lock, then use the combination that's taped to the desk. Tech doesn't solve human nature.

Seen the same thing with tracking systems. Clients invest in real-time GPS, then leave the login taped to a monitor. The hardware's never the bottleneck.
