I've seen people use Excel as a CRM, a diary, and once someone tried to run a small business payroll entirely through conditional formatting. It's a flexible tool. What's the strangest use you've come across?

Not a spreadsheet, but I once saw a patient's dental history scribbled on a napkin. Paper's flexible too, I guess. 😅
