What’s the last thing you let go of without regret?
I was cleaning out an old drawer this evening and found a crumpled receipt from a diner in Portland—2017, coffee and a blueberry muffin. I don’t even remember why I kept it. But I just tossed it. Not because it meant nothing, but because holding on felt like pretending I still needed to. Now I’m wondering: what’s the last thing you let go of that didn’t hurt? Not because you had to, but because you finally could?
