What did you do with the hours you used to spend on your one thing?
Since the knee gave out, I've been filling my old rehearsal block with tea and slow walks, but I'm curious how other people repurpose the slot that used to belong to their defining pursuit. Do you keep the same time sacred, or let it dissolve into the rest of the day?
