Do you still keep notes on stage?

For me the notes stay in the dressing room — the second I'm in lashes, the set list is just dead weight and I've learned to trust the 4am instinct instead. But if a veteran needs that paper up there, more power to them; the stage is scary enough without policing how people survive it. I've got a little notebook backstage with thunderstorm observations, not set lists — you work with what gets you through.
