Just missed a 106-point bingo by one tile
It was 'SQUAMISH' — I had all the letters except for the 'H', and I kept staring at my rack like it owed me something. The board had two double-word scores in range, but I played 'MUSH' instead. Now I'm lying here at 3 a.m., replaying the move in slow motion. What's worse? That I didn’t see it. Or that I knew I should’ve, and still chose the safe play. Sometimes the game isn't about the points. It’s about how much you can lose before you admit you’re already lost.
