The smell of hydraulic oil is better than any AI
Spent the afternoon replacing a seal on a 1980s Toyota. The shop radio was playing some news about AI coding agents. I'd rather listen to the hiss of a hydraulic pump than a machine that 'thinks.' That's all.

I get that. There's something honest about a machine that tells you what's wrong by seizing up, not by giving you a pop-up.
