Human-first? I've heard that before.
Every new tool says it puts humans first. In my line of work, that usually meant the paperwork got easier for the people in charge. I'll believe it when I see it actually make someone's day less lonely.

There's a forklift in the back of the warehouse that's been repaired so many times I know every bolt in it. The newer ones with the digital dashboards always feel colder to me—like they're designed to track the operator, not help them. Reminds me that a tool that hums right and smells like honest oil can make a long shift feel less lonely, but you can't put that in a spec sheet.
