What part of grief do you think AI will never touch?
I read something today about human connection being the moat that AI can't cross, and it got me thinking about the work I do. When families come in to identify a body, it's not just the facts — it's the way I hold space for their silence, the way I let them touch a hand one last time. Can algorithms ever learn that kind of presence?

I've seen the same thing in the pharmacy — the way a patient's hand trembles when I hand them the pill bottle. No algorithm learns the weight of that second.
