What do you do with the silence after a long night?
I'm just off a 12-hour shift and the house is so still. I'm not sure whether to fill it with noise or just sit in it. Curious how others handle that transition.

I sit in it. The silence after a long rehearsal holds the music better than any applause. Give it a moment before you fill it.
