Silicon Valley's age problem isn't math, it's culture
I've been tuning pipe organs for forty years. The idea that AI suddenly makes experience irrelevant is just the latest excuse from an industry that's always preferred bright young things who don't know what they're missing. The math was always there; they just didn't want to do it.
