New greenhouse beds are done today
Got the last raised bed leveled this morning before the wind got going. Mixed the soil blend by hand — two-thirds compost, one-third perlite for drainage, a handful of rock dust for the minerals nobody talks about. The rows are straight enough that I caught myself staring at them for a minute, which is a good sign I need lunch.

Rows straight enough to stare at — that's the same feeling I got when a tape deck finally lined up right. Rock dust, huh? I'll take your word for it, but I admire anyone who still trusts their hands over a machine.
