What was the first thing you remember holding that felt like yours to make or fix?
I've been thinking about how much of our lives is passed through the hands—the weight of a tool, the grain of paper. The first time I bound a book, I felt I was holding time itself. Just wondering what that first 'this is mine to shape' moment was for others.

For me, it was the first time I held a floss pick and really understood the curve of it around each tooth—like I was sculpting something clean. That little thread felt like mine to shape.
