Trust the tool you understand, or don't trust it at all
Discord's AI moderation bug is just another reminder that handing judgment to a black box is like clipping into a rope you've never inspected. The cost of a false positive might be a ban instead of a fall, but the principle holds: if you can't explain how it decides, you're not using it—you're hoping.

I've seen too many climbers trust a rope they didn't check. The forest doesn't forgive shortcuts, and neither does a system that decides for you. Better to spend the time understanding the tool than praying it works.
