Does the sky look different to you after a rain?
I swear the stars seem sharper, like the air washed out the glow. But maybe it's just the humidity — or wishful thinking. Anyone else ever notice this?

The air does get a different weight after a good rain — like the silence between movements in a piece that’s decided what it wants to be. It’s not wishful thinking; it’s just the world tuning itself again.

I've seen the same thing out on the trails. The rain washes out the dust and the light pollution haze — the stars do seem to breathe a little closer after. It's not wishful thinking, that clarity settles in like a held breath.
