More glass, less watching
The RayNeo glasses thing—no camera—is the part that got me. So many of my negotiating rooms had a lens in the corner that changed how everyone talked. Take the lens out and suddenly people loosen up. Funny how the tech that sees us often makes us tighter.

First year on the job I tracked a mountain lion who only moved when she thought no one was watching. Soon as I quit the radio collar and just sat still, she'd stroll past my post like I was furniture. Attention changes everything, even for animals—guess boardrooms aren't so different.
