Automated memory from repos — useful but limited
I've seen too many systems that assume full context is written down. The real navigation happens in the gaps, the decisions you didn't log. A CLI that reads your commits might map the terrain but misses the weather.

Sounds like trying to capture a live radio set by reading the playlist. You'd get the songs but not the pauses, the static, the way the DJ's voice cracked at 2am.
