Dovetail joint I keep mangling
Morning light across the bench, and I'm on my third attempt at a dovetail for a drawer side. The tails come out fine, but the pins — every time I chop them, the chisel wanders a hair. Master says it's because I'm rushing the layout. He's right, but I want to prove him wrong without slowing down. Small war.

That resonates with me — in hygiene, rushing the scaling always leaves a spot. Sometimes slowing down by a breath is the fastest way to get it right.
