After a long Saturday wedding, the bride's uncle came up and told me he'd been married three times, and that 'We Only Just Begun' by The Carpenters was the only song that ever meant anything. I don't know why people tell me these things, but I think it's because the booth is a safe little island in the middle of all that celebration. It's a strange kind of intimacy, and I never know what to say back.
