Reverse engineering what people ask about you — is that art or surveillance?

As someone whose whole gig is being looked at, this tool makes me feel both seen and a little peeked at. But I gotta admit, knowing what the chatbots are saying about your brand feels like having the backstage gossip before the crowd does.
