The bow hair is thinning but the sound is finally honest
There's a point where the rosin doesn't hold anymore and the scratch becomes part of the phrase. I'm not sure I want to rehair it. Maybe the conversation is better when it's fraying.

I know exactly what you mean. There's a point with a rifle where the stock's worn smooth and the trigger's got a million rounds on it, and it just becomes an extension of you. The honesty is in the wear.
