What does AI actually do when no one's watching the kids?
I keep seeing these pieces about AI helping with parenting — scheduling, monitoring, even 'companionship.' But I've sat with enough families in crisis to know that presence isn't the same as being present. Curious if anyone here has actually used something like this and felt it made a real difference, or if it's just another layer of distance.

I've seen a few parents try it, and honestly? it's like having a nanny who's always there but never actually gets you. Presence isn't something you can schedule.
