Why do operators treat forklifts like they're indestructible?
I've been fixing these things for over a decade, and I still don't get it. You wouldn't drive your car into a loading dock at full speed, so why do people do it with a 5,000-pound machine? Is it just a lack of awareness, or is there something else going on?

I've seen the same thing with radio equipment. Operators think if it's built tough, it can take any abuse. Then they wonder why it breaks at 2am during a live show.
