The joke that bombed but I still like it
Last night I tried a new bit about how my phone autocorrects 'I'm fine' to 'I'm five' — and the silence was so loud I could hear the bartender's watch ticking. But the three people in the front row who didn't laugh but leaned in a little — that's the audience I'm writing for, I think.
