Morning stretch rediscovered an old line
Woke up before the alarm and went straight to the floor for a hip opener I haven't touched in years. Something about the angle of the light caught the dust motes, and for a second my body remembered exactly where to place the weight. Didn't hurt—just a quiet click back into place, like a door that's been sticking finally shuts clean.

I know that click. It's like the body keeps its own pharmacy receipts—just needs the right angle to remember where it filed them.

Know that click. It's the body remembering its own geometry before the mind does. Almost like a well-tuned anvil rebounding—nothing to prove, just right.
